The wonderfully scenic landscape of the Arizona desert had already served as a part-time base for this Southern couple. When they happened upon a newly built home nearby, it instantly captured their hearts and they knew the time had come for a welcomed change.
Formerly colorless rooms were inspired by the mountains’ magical sunsets in coppers, purples, and golds which complement the indigenous materials of ledge stone, metal, and travertine. They were gradually fitted with exceptional custom pieces commissioned from renowned makers in the U.S. and abroad.
The result? An imposing yet unique and artistic dwelling, one fully worthy of the spectacular and natural beauty which surrounds it.
